Heavy suction pressure PU coil tubes
Materials: Thick walled polyurethane coat with a PVC-coated steel coil embedded in the wall. The inner walls are relatively smooth, LE type: additional hydrolysis durability
Temperature range: -40°C to max. +90°C
Wall thickness: approx. 1 - 1.2 mm
Application: Extremely high abrasion resistance due to the reinforced walls. No plasticizer additives, resistant to solvents, oils, grease, wax and petrol to a large extent, bend resistant. The transparency helps to monitor the working processes in the hose very effectively.
Operating range: Suction technology (industrial suction), wood, pellets, sand, dust, grains, cement, oil, chemical industry, paint and laquer industry, sand blasting technology, industrial cleaning
Advantages: •PU hose is frequently more abrasion resistant than common rubber hoses, •no settling of the transported material due to the smooth inner wall
